JB Custom Design & Print is a creative studio based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, specializing in custom apparel, embroidered patches, graphic design, and embroidery digitization.

This business started with a single embroidery file. I digitized an “M” design, uploaded it online, and a few sales came through. Then someone asked if I could turn that same design into a physical patch and ship it out. That one request changed everything.

What started as embroidery turned into learning every part of the process. Graphic design, vector work, logo cleanup, print preparation, screen printing, DTF printing, sewing, and product production all became part of the same path.

I am a solo entrepreneur, a father of two sons, and a former college football defensive back. That background shaped how I approach the work. Details matter. Consistency matters. Taking pride in the final product matters.

Everything is designed, produced, and finished in house. Most orders are made one at a time or in small runs, which keeps the process personal and hands on.

The goal is simple. Create work that means something to the person receiving it.

This is just the beginning.
